Hi, everyone. I’m Ashley, the Chief Operating Officer here at Fiat. My responsibility is to ensure that all of our processes and procedures are working effectively and efficiently, so that we can best serve the families we work with.
We have a lot happening behind the scenes at Fiat – a lot of working parts. It’s my responsibility as the CEO to ensure that all of these parts are working cohesively together, so that we can best serve the families we work with, whether it’s onboarding new families, servicing existing families, our internal Fiat family, or the external partners we work with.
On a personal note, I am from Minnesota, and I love raising my family here. I am the proud mom of Ophelia and Felix. As a family, we love to camp and explore the Minnesota state parks. My husband, Frances, and I also love to travel and are always in search of the best cheeseburger.
